What to write about

  • Help with the app. Check Help first; if the answer is not there, describe what happened and which device you use.
  • Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion of your data. See Delete your data for the quickest route.
  • Purchases. Subscriptions, refunds and billing are handled by Apple in your App Store account settings. For a missing Pro status, use Restore purchases in Settings first.
  • Corrections. If something on this site is wrong, including a fact about another product on a comparison page, say so and it will be fixed.
  • Press and everything else. The same address.

Replies come from a person, so they can take a day or two.
