Is Nuvi really free?
Yes, within limits. The free plan transcribes the first 10 minutes of each recording, up to 30 minutes a month, and includes the transcript split by speaker, the summary, decisions, action items, to-dos, widgets and Apple Watch recording. No account or card is needed.
What happens when I run out of free minutes?
The recording is still saved on your device; it is just not transcribed beyond the limit. The monthly allowance of 30 minutes starts again the next month, or you can upgrade to Nuvi Pro to transcribe up to 60 minutes per recording with no monthly limit.
How much is Nuvi Pro?
In the US, Nuvi Pro costs $4.99 a week, $14.99 a month or $49.99 a year. Prices vary by region and are shown in the app before you buy. A free trial is shown at purchase where available.
Is there a limit on Nuvi Pro?
Pro transcribes up to 60 minutes per recording and has no monthly limit, subject to fair use. Fair use means normal personal or professional use by one person; automated use or use far beyond normal can be slowed down or limited.
How do I cancel?
Nuvi Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. You manage and cancel it in your App Store account settings. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Is there a team or business plan?
No. Nuvi is a personal app: there are no seats, team workspaces or shared folders. Each person uses their own copy, and notes stay on their own devices and iCloud.
